Habitat

Grows in tropical and subtropical evergeen to semi-evergreen forests, often at 200 -1200m elevation. Prefers moist, well drained soils, commonly found along forested slopes and valleys.

Large evergreen tree, can reach 20-30m height with a straight bole.opposite, elliptic to oblong,leathery, dark green above and paler beneath.Flowers are small, white ,fragnant, borne in large panicles.

Uses
